2. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
VeroPods reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Prepaid orders include FREE shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a ₹99 advance shipping fee for order confirmation.
  • Customers may be contacted via WhatsApp for payment verification and order confirmation.

4. Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

5. Parcel Opening Video Policy (Important)

A 360° parcel opening video is mandatory for any complaints related to:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product received
  • Empty package claims

The video must:

  • Start before opening the parcel
  • Clearly show all sides of the sealed package
  • Continue without cuts or pauses until the full unboxing is completed

Without a proper uncut 360° parcel opening video, we may not be able to process replacement or support requests.

6. Return & Replacement

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, water damage, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for replacement.
  • Returns are accepted only if approved by our support team.

7. Warranty

Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only.
Physical damage, accidental damage, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

8. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We use secure payment methods to protect customer transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, images, and text belongs to VeroPods and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Return and Refund Policy

At VeroPods, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Replacement Eligibility

We provide replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing product/accessories
  • Manufacturing defect

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

A clear 360° parcel opening video is compulsory for any return, replacement, or complaint request.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed package
  • Clearly show all sides of the parcel
  • Be continuous and uncut
  • Show the complete unboxing process

Without a proper parcel opening video, claims may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Water/liquid damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper usage
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor packaging differences

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable or approved by our support team.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD advance shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Process

To request support:

  2. Share your order details and parcel opening video.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

VeroPods reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if policy conditions are not met or if suspicious/fraudulent activity is detected.
